This week has started off pretty amazing! A rare, thunderstorm with the calming rap of raindrops on our window woke us early Monday morning and left us with the most gorgeous, light-filled day ahead, which seemed to be a perfect sign of what's to come. We finished the first half of the week strong with bringing home a new car (our first together!), finalizing our wedding planner, getting a couple of beautiful mirrors at a steal, and seeing my Spring campaign with Banana Republic come to life, nationally! I can't wait to share more of that with you, really soon. 

You know that Facebook memories feature, where you can view all of your stories on the same date in years past? Well, I love it. I look forward to seeing, each new morning, what I wrote 1 year ago to 6 years ago, because boy what a trip that can be. This feature greatly humbles me, because I can tangibly see just how much I've grown or accomplished in so many years time. Never did I think 5 years ago when I started Honey & Silk, that I'd be creating this for not just me, but for all of you who continuously support and read my blog. I didn't possibly dream that I'd be partnering with brands and incredibly creative people to put together some amazing content for my friends and readers to enjoy. It's a blessing that I count every. single. day.
