Mother's Day Every Day

To celebrate my mom this past Sunday, my entire family went to the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel for their amazing Mother's Day buffet brunch. It's my mom's favorite place for the food, ambience, and majestic ocean views. 

I was initially wearing a nice button up dress when my mom took one look at me in the morning and told me to change into one of my more colorful dresses because she really likes those. She didn't have to tell me twice to go change - I really dressed my Sunday best for her sake. So I immediately went for this gorgeous, resort-style Laundry by Shelli Segal maxi dress for the beachside locale. I knew the bright blues and turquoise would perfectly match the setting and the comfortable stretchy dress would be more than conducive for a fabulous buffet brunch. I hope you all celebrated your moms during the special weekend! And one of my priorities from now on is to make every day Mother's Day.
