casual in PINK

Finally a bit of chill came in to allow some wardrobe freedom from skin-bearing, heat wave outfits. These Jackie chambray pants from Piper Gore are so lightweight and comfortable for a normal (I mean ~75°) sunny day. It's so casual yet classic at the same time and it's tailored in the perfect places, making it a versatile piece for the office and weekend. I'm actually in dire need of more stylish work clothes, so I'm excited with these pants; I can just imagine wearing these effortlessly chic pants in the office (since I work at home), not feeling stuffy, and being home after work still lounging around in them.

I'm more of a casual dresser these days so I paired these chambray pants with a cute and easy VS PINK top. I think almost all of us girls are PINK fans since our high school or even middle school days, and I'm no less a loyalist to PINK sweatpants and PINK fragrance (you know which one I'm talking about!). You can always trust their clothes to be fun, flirty and comfortable and that's why I love this lace back crop top. I've practically lived in it the past week as it just makes every outfit worth the splendid sunshine.  What's even more exciting is that they're opening up a bunch of standalone PINK stores right now! I'm just a sucker for their cutesy PINK clothes and lingerie and I only gravitate to that section, so I bet the shopping experience in these PINK stores are so much more fun with more stuff.

For you LA folks, they're having a grand opening party tomorrow, 7/13, in the Culver City Westfield with lots of treats, music, and free mini dogs!! Don't you just love getting those?
