throwback


There's times where I have the strongest urges to just go back to my easy tomboy-in-high-school days, which usually happens when I'm running out the door late or my laziness rises to an all time high.  And I mean tomboy like cap, logo tee, and sneaks. But I've dedicated to not compromise my feminine-hood and find a merry balance between the throwback Steph and the now-girly-girl kind of Steph.  Thus for every cap I wear, there must be heels; for every tee, there must be lipstick; there are no more sneakers other than for the gym so I don't have to worry about those anymore. Simple rules to keep me checked.

    I love this outfit! The colors, the cap, and how everything is so well-balanced. I think it would have looked good with sneakers as well, but somehow it's better with these boots and knee-high socks, maybe because it's less usual but it also looks more innocent and fun, less "obvious" and more subtle.
