It's another flowy skirt edition with one of my favorite strapless dresses-turned-skirt I acquired many years ago thrifting in Berkeley. It's one of those skirts that moves with the slightest wind and makes the sidewalk your catwalk. But this day I just loved holding the tip of the skirt and creating a different form.
