nereid: slinky cutouts

My whole outfit is Forever 21. As much as the brand is considered disposable fashion, I try to pick things that I know will last beyond trends. That's usually how I shop anywhere, but it's even better when tag dollars are so low and affordable and these pieces can last with me. I found this slinky dress from their Rory Beca collection. Although my dress is far from the likeness of hers, the slinkiness reminds me of the appeal from Keira Knightley's emerald green dress in 'Atonement'. I've always kept an eye out for a dress just like this with its radiant jewel tone and the way it drapes over the body so effortlessly. Her dress is definitely my dream dress.
