A morning in the tonal landscape.
Like a giant kaleidoscope, the Desert X exhibition plays on the soul's stimulating ambition to discover more, while disorienting the view towards the immediate surrounding, and inner self. The beautiful "Mirage", as it's so aptly named, truly enacted the moment of presence. |
Kyle and I visited the Doug Aitken exhibit just before lunchtime, but I highly recommend getting up as early as you can to make it to Mirage by sunrise - there will most likely be no one else around and I'm positive the mirrored views would be breathtaking against the multi-color landscape. |
